Shipping & Returns


Your shipping costs will be calculated in your shopping cart at the time of check out and before you confirm your order. All orders will ship from Maple Valley, Washington within 48 business hours from the time your order is confirmed. The default shipping option is USPS parcel post, which will take 7-10 business days to arrive, after being shipped. This is no guarantee for a date specific arrival.

If you require a faster shipping option, we also offer 2nd and 3rd day. Please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800206-5034 to determine arrival date and cost. Shipping fees will not be credited based on the consumer’s assumption as to when the order will arrive.

Return Policy

We want to make sure your purchase meets your needs. We will contact you by phone or e-mail to verify your order once it has been placed.

We will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • All returns must be unopened and sealed inside the original package. We will refund your credit card once we receive and inspect the product. A restocking fee may apply to offset shipping and/or processing fees.

  • Due to copyright law, we cannot accept returns on any opened product that contains software. At our discretion, we may accept returns on open hardware. In those cases, we may assess a restocking fee of 10-30% as we only sell new, unused hardware. If you return an open item, we will need to inspect and test the product. We will then issue a credit, less any restocking fees, that you may use towards any future order. You may use this credit at any time, as credits do not expire.

  • Special order items may not be returned.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and we suggest you insure your shipment against loss. If you received free shipping on your order, we may deduct the actual shipping charge from your refund.

Note: you must contact us before returning any product to obtain an RMA number. Without this number, any returns will be refused
